We recently traveled to Djabal refugee camp in eastern Chad for the Darfur Dream Team's Sister Schools Program. Djabal is one of two Darfuri refugee camps in southeastern Chad and is only accessible by plane or by unpaved roads.

At the end of May, the STAND chapter of Harwich High School in Massachusetts hosted a talent show that no one in attendance will soon forget, and which carried a far broader impact than just providing an evening of entertainment.
In honor of World Refugee Day, basketball star Tracy McGrady has made a donation to the Darfur Dream Team's Sister Schools Program to support a Darfuri refugee camp school for one year.
Youth United for Darfur announced at its rally, concert, and art exhibit here for Darfur that $16,000 had been raised for the Enough Project's Sister Schools Program and the Sudanese Community Center, Naperville, IL.
